Terms and Conditions

ProveeGo — Last updated: August 2026

1. Acceptance of the terms

By downloading, installing or using the ProveeGo application (hereafter, "the app") you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, do not use the app.

2. What the service is

ProveeGo is a communication and organisation tool that lets you record suppliers and products, put orders together and generate PDF documents so that you can send them yourself through third-party apps (WhatsApp, email or others). The app makes it easier to prepare and send the information, but it does not make purchases, does not handle deliveries and takes no part in the commercial relationship between you and your suppliers.

The app also lets you record the delivery of each order: noting what arrived, what is missing and what is sent back, attaching photos of the delivery note and generating a document with the result. That record is your own internal check; it does not replace your supplier's delivery note or invoice, and it is not proof against them unless you have both agreed that it is.

3. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the owner of the app will not be liable for:

The user is solely responsible for checking that each order is correct before sending it, and for confirming its receipt with the supplier through the usual channels.

4. Artificial intelligence features

The AI features (extracting products from images, reading the photos of delivery notes to fill in the quantities received, and the assistant) produce automatic results that may contain errors or omissions. They are an aid and do not replace human checking. The user must always review the data before using it, especially quantities and prices.

5. Accounts and proper use

6. Subscriptions and payments

The Pro plan is offered as a subscription handled by Google Play Billing and RevenueCat. The price and the length of each plan are shown in the app itself and on Google's payment screen before you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.

Cancellations and refunds are requested through Google Play (Play Store app > your profile > Payments and subscriptions), not through ProveeGo, and are governed by Google's terms. Important: deleting your ProveeGo account does not cancel the subscription, because the payment is handled by Google; you have to cancel it in Google Play as well. Prices may be updated; any change will be announced before it takes effect.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its design, brand and code belong to its owner. The data you enter (suppliers, products, orders) remains yours; you grant us only the permission needed to process it and provide you with the service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Relevant changes will be announced through the app. Continuing to use it after an update means you accept it.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that apply under the relevant consumer legislation.
