Is ProveeGo free?
Yes. The free plan covers up to 3 suppliers, 30 products, unlimited orders and your whole team. The Pro plan lifts the limits and adds the AI reading of delivery notes and price lists, plus the voice assistant.
What is this photo of the delivery note?
When the order arrives you take a photo of the delivery note (up to four pages) and the app reads quantities, prices, discounts and tax and compares them with what you ordered. It flags what was short, what never arrived and what you send back, adjusts the spend to what you really received and writes down what the supplier owes you. It is part of the Pro plan and needs an internet connection.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. The app keeps your data on the phone itself. You can look at orders and create them offline, and they go out on their own as soon as you are back online.
How do I get my supplier's products in?
By hand, by dictating them out loud, or by uploading a photo or a PDF of their price list: the AI pulls out the products and their prices for you. That last option is part of the Pro plan.
Can several members of staff use it at once?
Yes. You give them your business code and each one signs in with their own account. You approve or reject the orders and you can set a spending limit for them.
Can I cancel Pro whenever I want?
Yes. The subscription is handled by Google Play and you cancel it whenever you like. You keep Pro until the period you paid for runs out.
Is it any use if I do not run a bar?
Yes. It is built for hospitality, but any business that orders stock uses it the same way: grocery stores, salons or workshops.
